i know supermarkets state its fresh food but is it really ?
i mean who knows how long eggs have been in pen? veg been in transit?

Like B says, you can't get much fresher than growing it or rearing it and then killing and eating it.
We're only part of the food chain so whether veggies and vegans like it or not, it's just taking our place in society.
