Do milk, eggs and any dairy products cause cancer?

I've read some articles saying that researchers and scientists say that dairy products gives a 60% more chance of getting something like prostate cancer. Also i've read article saying that eggs have cancerous chemicals in them......

I LOVE DAIRY PRODUCTS!!!! I drink 3-5 cups of mild a day, I eat 4-6 eggs a week, and including loads of other dairy products.
It just pisses me off how they say almost every kind of food out there causes cancer, so why do we eat at all!?!?!
Please, someone clear this up for me.

Firstly, nobody knows what causes cancer.

And there is in fact little evidence to link diet or any particular food to cancer. The exception is that a diet HIGH in red and processed meat is a known risk factor for colorectal cancers.

A diet HIGH in dairy products is thought by some researchers to be a possible risk factor for prostate cancer - a far cry from a 60% increase in risk.

Other than that, there's no scientific evidence to link dairy consumption with any of the 200+ types of cancer. It's often been claimed in recent years that it's linked to (or even causes) breast cancer, but there hasn't been any scientific research that backs this up.

Me, I don't eat dairy; I'm a vegan. And I developed aggressive breast cancer. if dairy was the cause of cancer, I'd still have two breasts.
