Help with hatching californian quail?

Hatching Californian Quail?
Hi, i am currently trying to hatch californian quail. The eggs are due to hatch in two days time but they are not moving. The last batch of eggs i had the eggs with chicks in them were moving and rolling around. I have candled the eggs and they are full and you can clearly see chicks. I was wondering if anyone could help me by suggesting a reason for this?
(other than the quail chicks may be dead)

Your main concern should be are they at the correct temperature and the correct humidity, quite a lot of eggs do not hatch because the humidity in the incubator is too low.95.5. temp 75-80 humidity

I always mist sprayed my hatching eggs with a fine spray of warm water every day when near hatching,normally the eggs can take up to 21 days to hatch.
